Employers who had never considered a remote work situation for their employees are now giving it a second thought. Employees, who once thought to work from home would be a dream come true are facing their own challenges.

Uncertainty generates anxiety and tension. Transitioning to a remote work model takes a bit of time and patience to get the bugs worked out.
